CYLINDRIAL LENSES OVERVIEW
Cylindrial lenses focus light in only one dimension and are most commonly used to correct astigmatics in the eye, and in rangefinders, to produce astigmatism, stretching a point of light into a line. Recently cylindrial lens has been widely used in semiconductor diode lasers as FAC lenses. Dayoptics' engineers have many years experience on fabrication on the lenses. Thus, we can produce the products with high precision and specification consistance based on our advanced inspection instrument for the lenses. The material used from UV to IR, such as Fused Silica, BK7, CaF2, S-TIH53, etc.. The dimension from 1x1mm to 100x100mm.
